Ferenc Sebö litterary song

This is one my favourite song from Ferenc Sebö who compose music for famous Hungarian poems or just chant old ones with original music (you know, poems used to be presented in chanting).
This time Sebö composed music for Valse Triste by Sándor Weöres.

Provencal breakfast at Fromage

We had a wonderful Provencal breakfast at Fromage last weekend. Fromage is a newely opened gourmet shop at Pozsonyi utca (in Budapest) which is one of the favourite restaurant street of local patriots. The hosts were very kind and gave us weary comments about their French, Italian and Dutch cheeses, fine hams,  homemade breads and cookies. The shop is little but charming. There are only 3 chairs to sit and have something nice but these fit to the lovely atmosphere. If you are walking somewhere there you must try!

We have seen and ate these:

We tried this classical French baguette.
Sandwich with Italian ham, French cheese and Ruccola

1. French creamy Chevre
2. Cheese in Wine Porto and Cognac
3. Cheese in kind of Rouge (it means the colour of mold on cheese is red)
4. Prima Donna, an Italian continental hard cheese (it was my favourite)
5. a strong Blue Cheese
